The premiere of furniture collection at Paris catwalks.
January 21 was the date of the premiere of the effect of cooperation between the most famous Polish designer and the network Livingroom by Mebelplast, namely the furniture collection called Eva Minge for Livingroom. The premiere took place during the Eva Minge show within the French week of Haute Couture fashion. The opportunity for the premiere was provided by the fact Eva Minge was invited to an Haute Couture show in Paris, which is one of the most important events in the world of fashion. The designer was the first Pole to show her extraordinary collection of hand-made gowns and she did so accompanied by such celebrities as John Galliano, Donatella Versace, Christian Lacroix, Jean Paul Gaultier, Armani and Christian Dior. The show was exceptionally rewarding and it was enthusiastically received by the public, which included many stars and connoisseurs of the world of fashion. In the limelight during the exclusive show for the first time in Europe the furniture collection Eva Minge for Livingroom was presented. The sofas „dressed” by the designer provided the background for the models presenting in the catwalk the gowns by Eva Minge. This extraordinary collection is the effect of cooperation that over the past few months was undertaken by the internationally acclaimed designer Eva Minge and Marek Kołakowski, chairman of Mebelplast Ltd., which is a major Polish manufacturer and exporter of upholstered furniture - „We are proud and happy to have found in Eva Minge a partner, and particularly so since this is the first partnership of the kind in the furniture industry.” – says chairman Marek Kołakowski adding - „The mix of the talent of Eva Minge with our extensive experience in furniture manufacture means a breakthrough in the furniture industry. The effect is furniture that looks good both during Paris Haute Couture shows and in our clients’ living rooms.” Scala – the principal actress of the catwalk. It is presented in different versions: - in a soft fabric with a unique shine of the velvet quilted with small Swarovski crystals, which give the sofa its elegant shine Laura - an extravagant sofa, with pressed Bycast leather with the alligator pattern on the elbow rests and the main body. The seat and the backrest cushions are made of a soft velour fabric with golden and brown serpent-like texture.
